What we're against
And take umbrage in
With offense and begrudging
Is just an encumberment
Who are we to pass judgment
Or pass the buck and the blame
Lay the burden
On scapegoats to graze
In our quest to acceptance
Oneness and wholeness
Love and devotion
With unconditional ends
We're mostly too busy
Proceeding to be critics
Living with the privilege
To size others up inch by inch
We cannot distinguish
Individuals equivalence to
What is or isn't
Intrinsically "you"
People are not
What we define them to be
Don't be blind to see
The entire life within each.
